As a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, Chef Michael attended The Chef’s Academy located in the heart of the city where he obtained a Culinary and a Pastry Degree. While in school he pursued additional classical training under the American Culinary Federation. Since school he’s worked in Country Clubs and Resorts in South Carolina, Indiana and Idaho exploring new techniques and styles along the way. He came to Lincolnville, Maine 2 years ago to play with lobsters and explore New England coastal cuisine. He hopes you enjoy his food as much as he enjoys preparing it for you!
